「羅姆觀點-拒絕的歐洲人」是歐洲議會轄下的「人權觀點」談話節目其中的一集。探討羅姆(吉普賽)人在歐洲社會普遍面臨的歧視、暴力與貧窮問題。歐洲人狹隘的種族主義，台灣人也不惶多讓，對新移民的歧視，對中國人的偏誤認知與排斥，都是台灣成為人權國家的隱憂，比起廢死議題，這個現象似應獲得更多關注與探討。
